Exciting Occupational Health Opportunity: Waupun, Wisconsin!
At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. We are seeking candidates for a full-time opportunity in our Waupun occupational health clinic. This unique position will provide patient care and be a partner to our employer contracts. You'll handle pre-employment and work-related physicals, as well as developing population health programs.
Job Details:
100% Outpatient clinic setting
Employed opportunity with SSM Health

NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
Patient-focused support staff - dedicated MA and lab tech available
EPIC EMR
Labs, imaging, and specialty clinics onsite at SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital!
Your Qualifications:
Experience strongly preferred
Detail-oriented
Strong time management skills
Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure and DEA License in Wisconsin NPs require APRN
Preferred certifications - will need to be obtained Medical Examiner certification for DOT physicals
