Job description
(EL02) Residential Electrician – Build Your Future with Pearce Heating, AC & Electric Inc.
Pearce Heating, AC & Electric Inc. is looking for a licensed electrician to join our team and take the lead on residential installs & service calls. You'll have the support of helpers, a stocked truck, and full office backing—including scheduling, invoicing, and customer service. Your focus will be doing quality electrical work, while we handle the logistics.

What You'll Do
Perform residential electrical installations and service, including:
HVAC wiring
Panel and sub-panel upgrades
Generators
EV charger installations
Surge protection
Residential service work and troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in residential systems.
Ensure all work meets code requirements and company standards.
Provide a professional, customer-first experience on every job.
What We're Looking For
Washington (EL02) Journeyman Electrician License
Strong residential electrical experience.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
A team player who is hungry, humble, and smart.
Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and customer care.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay: $35–$40 per hour (depending on experience), with opportunities for additional earnings.
