Job Title: Assistant Manager
Essential Functions
Store Operations: Support store management in overseeing daily store activities, ensuring brand standards, and achieving sales and KPI targets. Support all primary duties of the Store Manager when not present.
Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service, address customer concerns, and analyze store trends to anticipate customer demands.
Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, developing, and coaching store associates. Maintain positive relations and foster an inclusive environment.
Inventory & Compliance: Manage inventory, ensure proper store opening/closing procedures, and enforce safety and loss prevention policies.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Preferred: 3+ years retail experience, 1+ year management experience
Effective communication and team leadership skills
Availability to meet business scheduling needs
Cosmetology license desirable but not required
