Store Manager – Role Description

Responsibilities
Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer experiences a great, customized solution for their hair and beauty needs.
Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including budget management, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules, and company policies.
Maintain a high standard of store appearance and presentation.

Qualifications
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
Operational, financial, and performance management experience.
Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Passion for all things hair and beauty.
Legal and Working Conditions
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
Occasional exposure to fumes and odors.
The position requires standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items; may involve exposure to irritant chemicals.
