Job description

Paid vacation — 80-104 hours per year, based on tenure.
Paid holidays — Nine per year; client-site schedules may vary.
Paid sick leave — One hour for every 40 hours worked.
Personal day — Eight paid hours per year.
Bereavement leave — Up to three days; accrued leave applies.

Biweekly pay — Every other Friday.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Estimating at ProDims.
Our estimating team builds the financial spine of every program we touch. You'll own deliverables across conceptual through CD phases, partner with scheduling and field staff, and work directly with owners who read what you send.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll own.
02 Quantity takeoffs from drawings using Bluebeam / On-Screen Takeoff
03 Maintain and extend our internal cost database (18 yrs, 140+ projects)
04 Perform independent review estimates for owner's rep engagements
05 Present findings in owner briefings and constructability reviews
MUST-HAVE
The baseline.
BS in Construction Mgmt, Engineering or equivalent field experience
Fluent in Bluebeam Revu and one estimating platform (Sage / HeavyBid)
Portfolio of public or institutional estimates
Written communication that reads well in a GMP letter
NICE-TO-HAVE
Familiarity with WSDOT / ADOT unit-price work
