The ideal candidate will maintain operational efficiency, uphold safety protocols, and contribute to a high-performing production environment.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor production machinery and equipmentFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelinesInspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standardsRecord production data and maintain accurate logsPerform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipmentReport any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisorsCollaborate with team members to meet daily production targetsAssist in packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipmentQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredBakeMark is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in hiring or employment, in accordance with the requirements of all applicable state and federal laws, on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, ancestry, disability, medical condition, age or any other basis prohibited by law.
