We are seeking a proven Store Manager who can lead a team in a dynamic, collaborative environment and drive results through coaching and development.
Your Role As a Store Manager
When it comes to the customer experience – it all starts with you. You will manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience, with a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, with emphasis on maintaining the budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
Protect customers, associates and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules, and Company policies.
Maintain a high standard of store appearance and presentation.
Qualifications To Be a Store Manager
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Passion for all things hair and beauty.
