1099 Subcontracting Tile And Hard Surface Flooring Installers WantedAre you an experienced tile or hard surface installer who takes pride in high quality work and enjoys running your own business? We are looking for skilled subcontractors who specialize in a wide range of hard surface flooring to join our growing network. We keep your schedule full so you can focus on delivering great results. Our team handles job scheduling and client coordination so you can concentrate on what you do best: installing durable and professional finished floors. You will receive reliable weekly direct deposits.What You Will Be Installing:Ceramic and porcelain tileNatural stone including marble, travertine, and slateLuxury vinyl plank and tile (LVP and LVT)Laminate and engineered hardwood flooringBacksplashes and custom tile workFlooring layouts including large format materials and detailed patternsWhat We Are Looking For:Proven experience installing a wide range of hard surface flooring including tile, vinyl, laminate, and wood based products. Ability to manage and lead your own crew on residential projects. Strong attention to detail especially with layout, cuts, leveling, transitions, and finish work. Commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.Requirements:Ability to pass a background check. Valid workers compensation and general liability insurance. Reliable transportation preferably a truck or van.
