Job description

What You'll Bring:
Active RN license (required)
Previous experience with 1:1 care, particularly with pediatric or school-age children, is highly desirable
Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, medication administration, and documentation
Ability to respond with calm professionalism in emergencies
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Your Responsibilities: Deliver constant 1:1 nursing care to assigned student throughout the school day
Monitor and manage the student's specific health needs, including medication administration and health procedures as prescribed
Coordinate care between school personnel, healthcare providers, and the student's family
Maintain clear, thorough documentation of care provided and any incidents
Advocate for the student's wellbeing and safety in the academic environment
Participate in developing and updating individualized healthcare plans
