Health Source Group is currently seeking compassionate, dependable to join our growing team supporting school districts throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, and surrounding areas. Whether you’re an experienced LPN, looking for a change from the hospital setting, or a new graduate eager to gain pediatric experience, we’d love to connect with you!
Monday–Friday daytime schedule
No nights, weekends, or major holidays
Flexible per-dem and full-time opportunities

LPN Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one nursing care for medically fragile students
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor students throughout the school day
Support students during transportation when required
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
Active New York State RN or LPN License/Certification
Current BLS or CPR Certification
Physical completed within the last 12 months
Current PPD and MMR documentation
Must be fingerprinted through the NYC Department of Education or be willing to obtain fingerprints
