Job description
Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time work in the St. Charles area. You will provide 1:1 support to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing ABA programs and collecting data.
The role is on-site, with a schedule Monday–Friday (evenings until 6:45 pm) and compensation of $19.00–$22.00 per hour, pending experience; benefits include mentorship, PTO, health/dental plans, and a company-matching 401(k).
