Job description
Legacy Concierge is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse I to deliver hands-on 1:1 home care with mentorship and a clear clinical pathway. You will provide direct patient care in the home setting, perform assessments, manage medications, and support ADLs while maintaining HIPAA standards and professional communication with the care team.
