nSchedule : Monday - Friday : School Hours
n(with potential for bus rides or after school needs )
nCompensation :
nnnLPN : $38/hour

nnRN : $48/ hour

nnWeekly pay - direct deposit

n nPosition Overview :
nWe are currently hiring nurses to provide 1:1 care for a student in a school setting.
nNurses will provide one-on-one care in a school setting. Must be comfortable caring for patients with G-tubes and PEG tubes, as well as providing ventilator and tracheostomy care . Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring the patient’s condition, documenting care, and communicating changes to the care team and family.
nYou will work closely with school staff, families, and our clinical team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and support each student’s health and well-being.
nQualifications :
nnnLPN/ RN License issued by NYS
n
nnCurrent CPR/BLS Certification issued by AHA
n
nnPediatric or School Nursing experience Required
n
nnAbility to work independently in a school setting
n
nnCommunicate with families , school staff , and healthcare providers
n
n nResponsibilities:
nnnPerform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan.
n
nnProvide health promotion, counseling, and education.
n
nnAdminister medications and other personalized interventions.
n
nnCoordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
n
nnDocument nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
n
nnMust be able to lift 50lbs.
n
nnMust be able to stand/work for extended periods
n
