1:1 School Registered Nurse (RN)
1:1 School Registered Nurse (RN) Setting: Schools Job Type: Contract - Full Time Pay: $48 / Hour Hours: 32.50 Location: Burbank, IL
The 1:1 School Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible fornoverseeing the implementation of the nursing process and deliveringnindividualized student care within the school environment. This role ensuresnthat all services are provided in alignment with physician orders and innaccordance with the standards, policies, and philosophy of both the SchoolnDistrict and Amergis Healthcare.
Minimum Requirements: n
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in state(s) wherenpracticing
One year of school nursing experience, preferred
Pediatric experience, preferred
Complies with all relevant professional standards ofnpractice
Current CPR if applicable n
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or statenregulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
