1:1 School Registered Nurse (RN)

nThe 1:1 School Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the nursing process and delivering individualized student care within the school environment. This role ensures that all services are provided in alignment with physician orders and in accordance with the standards, policies, and philosophy of both the School District and Amergis Healthcare.
nMinimum Requirements:
nnnLicensed as a Registered Nurse in state(s) wherepracticing
n
nnOne year of school nursing experience, preferred
n
nnPediatric experience, preferred
n
nnComplies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
n
nnCurrent CPR if applicable
n
nnTB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
n
nnCurrent Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
n
nnMust meet all federal, state and local requirements
n
nnMust be at least 18 years of age
n
