$100,000 SIGN ON BONUS | $150,000 - $180,000 Base + Production | Burton, Michigan

Practice type: Emergency / Triage
Avg. daily patient volume: High-acuity emergency and urgent care cases
Support staff ratio: Excellent — 7 experienced LVTs plus skilled CSRs
Case mix: Urgent care, emergency medicine, trauma, critical care, and surgery

IDEXX digital radiology & reference laboratory
IDEXX in‑house lab (ProCyte, SediVue, Catalyst, Coag)
Heska Blood Gas Analyzer
Butterfly and SonoScape ultrasound
Multi‑parameter monitors

Hot Dog and Bair Hugger/Bed Jet warming systems
Electronic medical records
Isolation ward
Full surgical suite
Two Snyder oxygen units

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
Compassionate, client‑centered approach to care
Strong communication and client‑education skills
