Law & Motion Attorney (100% Remote – California)
One of my top California civil defense firms, backed by over 500 years of combined partner experience, is expanding its Law & Motion team! The firm handles complex, high-stakes litigation, has a strong trial presence, and offers exceptional attorney support. This is a fully remote opportunit y where you’ll focus on what you do best —legal research and writin g—without the day-to-day demands of court appearances or heavy client interaction

What We’re Looking
~ J.D. from an accredited law school
~ Acti ve California Bar license (required)
~5+ years of experie nce in civil litigation, with a strong focus on law & motion work
~ Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
~ Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
~ Experience drafting dispositive motions is highly prefer red
Salary and Other Compensat ion: The annual salary for this position is betw een $200,000 – $250 ,000.Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candid ate.
