This is a Diversified Center Accomplishing: ESRD Interventions
100% Procedural Locums Work in an ASC (Outpatient Facility)
Compensation: Highly Competitive and Negotiable – Call Office for More Details
Coverage Needs are Ongoing and flexible scheduling is available: Up to 20 days/month needed
Schedule: 8a – 5p; Weekdays Only, No Call, No Holidays

This IN opportunity offers you the ability to work at an established OBL/ASC in beautiful South Bend, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking for either ongoing 1099 work, or to take the next step in their career. Located on the St. Joseph River, the city has a thriving downtown filled with local shops, eateries, and cultural spots. South Bend is the fourth largest city in Indiana, home to the University of Notre Dame.
Practice Highlights:
Established Center: 16+ years in operation with tenured and skilled clinical staffing
Setting: 100% ASC/OBL
Facilities: 2 fully operational procedure rooms
Volume: 8-10 PPD
Support Staff: 3 RTs, 3 RNs, 1 DON, 1 FA, and 1 PSC
EMR System: NexGen
Schedule:
Schedule is flexible – Work as little or as much as you want with the option of a job share.
Coverage Needs are Ongoing – Up to 20 days/month
Schedule: Monday–Friday, clinic-based hours. Flexible schedule with option of 4 or 5 day rotations.
No Call / No Weekends
Clinical Scope:
Venography & angiography (AVF/AVG)
Arterial access and selective catheter placement
Dialysis access angioplasty, stenting
Thrombectomy, thrombolysis
Dialysis catheter placement, exchange, and repair
Infusion thrombolysis and vascular embolization
Additional Procedures May Include:
Percutaneous AVF (pAVF)
Port placement
Peritoneal dialysis (PD) catheter placement
