Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Endodontist to join our growing specialty team in the Phoenix metropolitan area. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a modern, referral-based setting that prioritizes clinical excellence, patient experience, and professional fulfillment.
Our practice is designed to allow Endodontists to focus solely on patient care, supported by state-of-the-art technology, efficient clinical systems, and robust administrative resources.
Position Highlights
No weekends or on-call obligations, ensuring true work-life balance
Newly expanded, state-of-the-art facilities with advanced imaging and instrumentation
Well-established referral network providing immediate patient volume
Comprehensive procedural range-from routine endodontic treatment to advanced microsurgical and regenerative cases
Dedicated clinical support with a 3:1 assistant-to-provider ratio
Streamlined onboarding and credentialing process
Paid continuing education and structured pathway to profit sharing or partnership
Compensation and Benefits
Average annual earning potential exceeding $800,000 (based on $8,000/day production, 4-day work week, 50 weeks)
Competitive compensation model of 45-50% of adjusted production
Retention bonus up to $60,000

Full clinical autonomy in diagnosis, treatment planning, and scheduling
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of a CODA-accredited Endodontics residency program
Active or eligible Arizona dental license (credentialing support provided)
Proficiency in all phases of endodontic therapy, including retreatment and microsurgery
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Open to both experienced Endodontists and new graduates; mentorship and integration support available
