Now Hiring: Part-Time 1099 Roofing ContractorsSuperior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced, insured 1099 roofing contractors to support residential service work orders from our national property management partners. This is not a lead-generation service—you are paid directly by us for completed work, and materials are provided when needed. If you operate your own roofing business and are looking to supplement your workload with consistent, fast-paying jobs, this is a strong fit.We are looking for dependable roofing professionals who can perform the following:Roof Inspections & DiagnosticsLeak detectionStorm damage assessmentsFlashing and ventilation inspectionsMoisture or mold risk identificationMinor Roof Repairs & MaintenanceShingle or tile replacementNail pops and small puncture repairsSealant application around vents and flashingGutter cleaning and minor repairsRoof Replacements & Large Repairs (Estimate Required)Tear-offs and underlayment installationFull or partial re-roofing (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.)Soffit and fascia board replacementAttic ventilation solutionsJob DocumentationBefore, during, and after photosClear job notes submitted through the portalMaterial needs communicated in advanceContractor requirements include:General Liability Insurance (COI required)Valid W9 and Tax IDLicensed roofer in your state (where applicable)Must own a truck, trailer, ladder, and roofing toolsSmartphone required for portal use (job access, photos, updates)Strong communication, professionalism, and job site cleanlinessMust complete a short onboarding call before receiving assignmentsDisqualifiers include:No active insurance (General Liability and Workers' Comp required)Not licensed (where required)Poor communication or incomplete job historyNo ladder or inability to access residential roofsUnwillingness to complete onboarding or training callWhy work with Superior?Direct Work – No listing or lead feesFast Pay – Direct deposit after verified completionMaterials Provided – No out-of-pocket expenses for suppliesLocal Projects – Jobs assigned within your service areaFlexible Schedule – Accept only the work that fits your availabilityIf you are committed to delivering high-quality roofing services and want to be part of a growing team, we want to hear from you.To apply, text your Name, Trade(s), and Location to (text only, between 8 AM – 6 PM.
