The independent contractor's responsibilities include completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Ultimately, an outstanding Independent Contractor will produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.Here is what our 1099 contractors love about working with us!All jobs are staged night before for quick in and out load out each morning.All materials needed for job is provided.Our Installer Council which is made up of active Installers work with us to ensure we have the best labor rates in the area!High quality products and premium materials.Great partnership with General, Operations, and Installation Managers and also, Warehouse Support to help ensure your success.20% Increase on rates for weekend jobs.Now, here is what we require to work with us...Must provide General Liability, Workman's Comp and Auto InsuranceNeed to be EPA certified for Lead safe jobs. Not certified yet, no worries. We will schedule you a class and help get you certified.Background checks are required for all team members working on a site.Job site trailer and tools. An enclosed trailer is preferred.
