Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn to generate leads and nurture relationships.
Research and identify potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Write and optimize compelling outreach messages that resonate with prospects and drive high response rates.
Utilize LinkedIn tools and techniques, including Sales Navigator, to connect with and engage prospective clients effectively.
Monitor and analyze outreach performance, using metrics to adjust strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
Maintain organized records of outreach activities and client interactions in a CRM or project management tool.
Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in cold outreach and lead generation.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or business development, with a strong focus on email and LinkedIn.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive messages.
Strong research skills to identify and qualify prospects effectively.
Proficiency with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator) and email outreach platforms.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM tools and metrics tracking to measure and optimize performance.
