Kreate is currently hiring hourly associates. You must be willing to work 12 hour shifts on the 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off). This is a permanent role; there is not an opportunity to move to a different shift. You must have reliable transportation and strong attendance at previous jobs. The starting pay is $20/hr with a pay increase every 6 months. Limited positions available, apply today!This position is responsible for running various injection molding machines to produce a quality product within the production standards that will be shipped to the end consumer.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Maintain efficiency to the approved standardInspect items and sort by means of visual inspections to insure they are defect freePrep product via deburring and cleaning to meet product standardInspect and pack product in accordance to the standardMaintain work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing and keeping it in orderly conditionProvide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at the end of the shiftCommunicate with previous shift to receive important job informationCommunicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when there are issuesComplete other duties, as assignedQualifications:High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate requiredMust have the ability to perform repetitive work in a fast paced work environment, which includes long periods of standingMust be able to perform basic math skillsAttention to detail is imperativeMust be able to multi-taskMust be able to lift heavy boxes on a regular basisAble to work in a team environmentMust be willing to work overtime as neededCompany Details:Location: 433 W Main Cross, Findlay OH 45840Medical, Dental, Vision and Life coverage will be made available immediately401(k) plan will be available after three month probation period with an employer match up to four percentThis position will report to the shift process technicianKreate is an equal opportunity employer.
