Job description
Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, is offering a New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship in Bronx, NY. This unique 12-month paid program is designed for Family, Adult, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioners, providing comprehensive training and skills to care for older adults.
Fellows will build their own patient panels and commit to working at Oak Street for at least one year afterward. Competitive salary of $112,000 along with generous benefits including vacation and health insurance are provided.
