Job description
For over 50 years, MHMR has provided community-based services for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health conditions, and substance use disorders, as well as babies and young children with developmental delays. MHMR employees use a person-centered approach to fulfill the mission: We Change Lives! Using innovative approaches, MHMR partners with community organizations to provide services and a hopeful future.
Supports and implements a patient care plan created by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Provides ABA interventions that encourage socially acceptable replacement behaviors so children and youth can build and improve their communication, social interaction skills, problem solving skills, coping skills, and functioning within relationships, daily routines, and activities. Delivers services and practices under the direction and close supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and serves as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
Preferences: Bachelor's degree in appliedBehavior Analysis
Years’ Experience: One (1) year
License/Certifications: Have completed the RBT 40-hour training program and Complete and pass RBT competency Assessment
