Sigma Defenseis seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer IV to join our team in San Diego, CA.

Requirements
3+ years of experience with a Linux operating system
CANES Admin Fleet (Navy) experience
Systems admin experience in a Navy setting.
Jenkins experience preferred, but GitLab pipelines are acceptable
Assist the team with upgrades and patches of virtual environments
Demonstrated experience managing software version control and software source code base
Demonstrated experience developing software using an Agile framework
Experience building containerized systems using Docker and/or Podman
ACS experience is preferred
Mandatory Certifications:
DoD 8570 IAT Level II - Security+ (or equivalent)
Computer Programs/Software Requirements:
Linux
Red Hat
Fedora
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related field of study
Personnel Clearance Level:
Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance or higher
Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate
Candidate Differentiators:
VCP, Sec+, Net+, and or CISSP certifications
Close proximity to the San Diego, CA facility
Essential Job Duties ( not all-inclusive ):
Design, develop, and improve the automation pipeline and integrated deployment processes to build new containers, systems, and environments
Perform technical support to the team and assist in developing security protocols
Utilize DevOps tools to ensure the code compiles and passes any tests
Develop and execute regression test scrips to verify system functionality
Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 annually.
