SALES PROFESSIONALS WANTED
A&A SERVICES — SALEM, MASSACHUSETTS
North Shore's most respected, highest-rated home improvement company is growing.
For 44 years, A&A Services has built its reputation one satisfied homeowner at a time. And when people join our team, they tend to stay. Two of our sales professionals have been with us for more than 40 years.
Now we have an extremely rare opportunity for TWO dynamic salespeople to join our already successful team.
What we offer:
* $150,000-$200,000 first-year income opportunity
* Paid professional sales training
* Medical Benefits and 401k
* Gas allowance
* Proven products and an established 44-year reputation
* Quality opportunities with homeowners who know and trust the A&A name
* A successful team and system already in place
* A career—not another sales job
WE DON'T NEED 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
* We can teach you the products.
* We can teach you our process.
* We can teach you home improvement.
What we can't teach is personality, drive and the ability to connect with people.
You need strong people skills, confidence, competitiveness and the ability to ask for the business and CLOSE.
ONLY TWO SPOTS.
These aren't positions we expect to have open very long. Two of our people have been here for 40+ years. Who knows when we'll be looking again?
If you've been waiting for the opportunity to build a six-figure career with a company you could potentially retire from, this might be it.
DREAM OPPORTUNITY. RIGHT COMPANY. RIGHT PERSON. RIGHT NOW.
