HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital in Sanford, Florida is seeking a full‑time Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join a friendly, team‑oriented group of 8 anesthesiologists and 17 anesthetists. Must be Cardiac Capable or willing to learn Cardiac. Shift Flexibility is also a plus. This opportunity offers a positive work environment, collaborative relationships, and a balanced case mix in a growing Central Florida community.
Position Highlights:
$150K start‑date bonus
Annual retention bonuses
Extra shifts available at $175/hour
9 weeks of paid time off
Full‑time W2 position

Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
Case mix includes: trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, urology, GI, neurovascular. No OB, elective pediatrics, burns, or transplant surgeries.
CAAs are an essential part of the team and participate in a collaborative practice model that emphasizes mutual support and shared clinical responsibilities.
