Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opportunity
Advance your neonatal career with one of the premier pediatric healthcare systems in the Mountain West. Ensearch is partnering with a nationally recognized neonatal program in Colorado that is expanding its NNP team across Level II, III, and IV NICUs. This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of neonatal acuity levels with long-term growth opportunities.
Opportunity
Practice across your choice of Level II, III, and IV NICU
Manage complex neonatal populations (congenital heart disease, CDH, ECMO, neuro, and airway cases)
Participate in high-risk deliveries
Flexible scheduling model with a mix of 12- and 24-hour shifts

Collaborative APP team with 120+ APPs across all sites
New NNP fellowship program launching this year
Flexible FTE options starting at 0.7 FTE

Qualifications
Board Certified NNP
CO Licensure
2+ years of NNP delivery experience
Well-baby experience required for Level II
Circumcision experience preferred or willingness to train
