Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opportunity
ENSEARCH is seeking a highly qualified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a collaborative team of 24 Neonatologists and a growing group of 38 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners providing advanced neonatal care throughout the greater Phoenix area.
Opportunity
Provide coverage to three Level III-IV NICUs and expanding to six Level II Special Care Nurseries
Work alongside supervising Neonatologists in a collaborative care model
24/7 in-house NNP coverage for Level II units
Combination of 12- and 24-hour shifts with flexible scheduling
No Transport Duties

Requirements
Board Certified NNP
Active Arizona license (or willingness to obtain)
2+ years of NNP experience highly preferred
BLS and NRP certifications
