Senior Training Specialist: Fleet Training ManagementSigma Defense is seeking a Senior Training Specialist: Fleet Training Management who has directly coordinated with ships and Fleet training organizations; understands NAVWAR equipment configurations and associated training requirements; can navigate Navy training-management systems; and has hands-on experience managing W-CINs, course quotas, prerequisites, schedules, and emerging training requirements.The ideal candidate will be able to work with a Ship Training Officer to identify a training need, determine the applicable NAVWAR system/configuration, validate the correct course and prerequisites, secure and manage the appropriate quota, coordinate the requirement with NAVWAR/NAVIFOR/training stakeholders, and ensure the requirement is accurately reflected in Navy training-management systems.The strongest candidate will be an experienced Navy training professional who understands how Fleet training requirements move from the ship to the training enterprise and back to the Sailor.This is a contingent position that is pending award of contract. This means that the position is subject to the successful awarding of a contract and will be confirmed once the contract is finalized.
