The ideal candidate is self-motivated, focused, an optimist, has a sense of urgency in their work, enjoys executing processes and checklists consistently, and is hungry to learn new things and contribute to the team's success.DutiesLearn all components of labeling machinery.Operate labeling machines.Assist Production Assistants in operating machines as needed.Maintain machinery – keeping machines clean and operating at peak performance.Duties of Production Assistant.Movement to Senior Machine Operator upon completion of exam.Ideal Experience and CapabilitiesManufacturing or production-type work.Standing for 2+ hours at a time.Ability to lift 50 lbs.HoursFull time - 40 hours per week6 AM – 2:30 PMMonday-FridayStarting Pay$15/hr during 60 day probation period, then raise to $16/hr.BenefitsPaid Time Off – Accrual rates based on hours worked – increases with tenure.10 paid holidays.401K Plan – Available after 3 months.Health benefits available if working 30 hours+/week – Available after 60 days.Employee discount of 50%.Lots of free coffee and candles!Calyan Wax Company is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
