Job description
1st Shift Assembly- Assembler IWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join the production team at Kenall in Kenosha, WI. The ideal candidate will help assemble, test, and prepare high-quality commercial lighting products for shipment while following detailed procedures and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Location: Kenosha, WI Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00AM - 2:30PM Pay Rate: $18.35/hourDuties:Participate in on-the-job training to learn product assembly standards and expectationsAssemble components and sub-assemblies of lighting products (e.g., doors, brackets, housings)Install hardware and electrical components, including wiring, power sources, LED modules, and connectorsPerform secondary tasks such as applying labels, sealants (silicone), and preparing products for packagingConduct functional and quality tests using handheld and computerized toolsRead and follow electronic work instructions and basic diagramsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaOccasionally assist other production functions as neededRequirements:Strong attention to detail and qualityAbility to follow instructions and read basic diagramsDependable, organized, and flexibleAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and strong work ethic #ZR
