Automotive Assembly / Production WorkerHighland Park, MI Starting Pay: $18+/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8–12 Hour Shifts | Weekends as NeededJob Summary: We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Automotive Assembly / Production Workers for a fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility in Highland Park, MI. Candidates will be responsible for assisting in the production and assembly of automotive parts while maintaining quality and safety standards. This position requires individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a physically demanding production environment.Responsibilities:Assemble automotive components and parts on a production lineOperate basic manufacturing and production equipmentPerform quality inspections on products and materialsFollow all company safety procedures and production guidelinesMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork efficiently in a team-oriented environmentMeet daily production and attendance expectationsRequirements:Recent automotive manufacturing or production experience requiredStable work history with good job tenure preferredAbility to stand and/or walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shiftAbility to frequently lift up to 50 poundsMust be dependable with strong attendanceAbility to work overtime and weekends as neededMust be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPreferred Qualifications:Previous assembly line experienceExperience working in automotive plants or manufacturing facilitiesStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsApply today to join a growing automotive team in Highland Park!
