Assembly/Production OperatorJoin our Hamilton-Ryker Team!Location: Nicholasville, KYShifts: 1st shift Monday through Thursday 7:00am – 5:30pm Possible OT on Friday depending on business needs.Pay Rate: $15.00We're seeking detail-oriented Assembly/Production Operators to join a leading electronics manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll assemble, inspect, test, and produce a variety of electronic products, including circuit boards, locks, battery chargers, freezers, and other electronic components.If you enjoy working with your hands, have excellent attention to detail, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you!What you'll do:Assembly of electronic components and circuit boards according to work instructions.Operating drills and equipment assigned to finish product according to specificationsUse hand tools safelyCommunicating with team regarding any concerns, discrepancies and improvement ideasQuality inspecting to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications.Test electronic products as required.High attention to detailWork in a temperature controlled environmentMay require sitting the majority of the shift.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Safely operate tools and equipment while following established procedures.What we need from you:Must be at least 18 years or olderMust comply with client's substance abuse and background policyMust have High school Diploma or EquivalentMust have 1 year of previous manufacturing or industrial experiencePrior assembly/production experience preferred, but not requiredMust have stable work history in the last 7 – 10 yearsRequires a keen eye for detailHigh level of dexterity required for assemblingWhy you'll love it:Temp to hire position based upon work ethics and attendanceWeekly payDirect DepositMedical insurance options401(k)Apply today!
