Ready to make an impact in a place where you matter?Position SummaryPerform duties to mold and cure test balls, muni balls, pipeline cleaning balls and other related raw product in an oven or press frame.Position Responsibilities1. Load balls into molds; pressurize mold as required; place molds into oven, bake. 40%2. Remove and open molds, visually check for appearance-adherence to specs. 40%3. Follow work schedule-oral and written. 5%4. Complete required maintenance reports and records. 5%5. Other duties as assigned. 5%Knowledge and Experience Required1. One (1) year related work experience. 2. Demonstrated basic math, reading, and writing skills. 3. Good communication skills. 4. Ability to operate machinery. 5. Ability to read and understand digital, needlepoint and other gauges. 6. Problem solving skills. 7. Decision making skills.Preferred 1. One (1) to two (2) years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Education and Certification: Required 1.
