1st Shift CNC Lathe MachinistSchiller Park, Illinois, United States1st shift, Monday-Friday 6am-3:30pmPosition: 1st Shift CNC Lathe MachinistWe are currently seeking a 1st Shift CNC Lathe Machinist in Schiller Park, Illinois.Position Overview:As a 1st Shift CNC Lathe Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality precision parts. You will work with a variety of materials, including metals and plastics, to create components for various industries.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to blueprints, specifications, and work instructionsLoad and unload raw materials and finished parts onto the machineMonitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and accuracyInspect finished parts using precision measuring toolsTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining processMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety protocols and proceduresQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC lathe machinesExperience with Fanuc or Siemens controlsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsProficient in using precision measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent communication and time-management skillsMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of timeWe Offer:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for growth and advancementDynamic and supportive work environmentIf you are a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
