A well-established, employee-owned manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC machinist to join its growing team. If you're passionate about precision machining and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!What you'll do:Program and operate CNC machines using Fanuc controls Read, interpret, and edit G-Code programs Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Machine parts to precise specifications and tight tolerances Set up, program, and run production parts independently Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, to inspect finished parts Understand the machining requirements of various materials, including hard metals, soft metals, and plastics Maintain quality standards while meeting production goalsQualifications:Proven experience as a CNC machinist Experience programming with Fanuc controls Strong understanding of G-Code programming Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts Ability to work independently and efficientlySchedule:Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Enjoy a three-day weekend every week!Why you'll love this opportunity:Employee-owned company with a strong team culture Stable, long-term career opportunity Four-day work week Clean, professional manufacturing environment Opportunity to grow your skills and career
