Maintenance Team MemberSweetwater, the nation's #1 online music instrument and pro audio gear retailer is seeking to add an energetic and self-directed individual to join our Maintenance team! We take great pride in the external and internal appearance of our facility and see it as a reflection of our business.1st Shift - Tuesday through Saturday: 6am to 3pm (Tues-Fri) 7am to 4pm (Saturday)Job Responsibilities:Responsible for cleaning offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, dining areas, and other public areasTasks include all routine daily cleaning including running a floor scrubber and regularly scheduled deep cleaning as neededSome light facilities maintenance tasks may be occasionally required (simple repairs using hand tools)Other special projects and tasks will be assigned as neededJob Requirements:Impeccable attention to detailFlexible and adaptableSelf-motivated and able to work independently or on a teamAbility to lift over 50 lbs. and work in a fast paced environmentPrevious cleaning experience preferredExperience with light facilities tasks (i.e. minor repairs using hand tools, paint touch ups, etc.) is a plus but not requiredSweetwater "Ideal" Team-Player:WOWs The Customer – You possess a deep passion and desire for creating amazing customer & colleague experiencesGets Things Done – You have a great work ethic and move through tasks with a sense of urgencyObsesses over the Details – You are committed to paying attention to the detailsDrives Continuous Improvement – You are always focusing on effective and efficient work and ways to get betterDevelops the Future – You are committed to the pursuit of growing personally & professionally and have a focus on bringing your colleagues along in that journeyWe function best as a unified team, so relocation to our state-of-the-art campus in Fort Wayne, IN is required.
