Equipment Operator (Cutter/Folder/Stitcher Operator)Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor company, is looking for an Equipment Operator (Cutter/Folder/Stitcher Operator) to join our team in Duluth, GA. In this role, you will perform a variety of bindery and finishing tasks including equipment setup, operation, and product finishing to ensure production runs efficiently and products meet quality standards.Your Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pmYou Must Have:Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, correspondence, and memosAbility to perform basic math calculationsAbility to use basic handheld tools such as rubber straps, plastic bags, packaging materials, cardboard boxes, and tape dispensers used in production and packagingAbility to maintain consistent quality while meeting production pace and throughput expectationsAbility to perform basic equipment setup and adjustmentsAbility to recognize production or quality issues and notify a lead or supervisorAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentRequirements Within This Position:Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionFrequently required to move throughout the production facilityConstantly operates machinery and handles printed materialsRegularly moves materials including lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying items up to 25 pounds or moreWe Would Also Prefer:High mechanical aptitudePrevious experience operating folding equipmentThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $19– $21. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, certifications, and the location in which the applicant lives or will perform the job.
