Job description
Graham Health System is seeking a 1st Shift Extended Care RN in Illinois to join a patient-centered team. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric patients, leading a care team and coordinating with Medical Staff per Graham Hospital policies.
