Flexographic Press OperatorQuad is hiring an experienced Flexographic Press Operator at our Spartanburg, SC, facility. Our 82,000-square-foot Spartanburg facility specializes in innovative packaging solutions for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, and retail industries. Using state-of-the-art sheetfed offset, narrow-web flexographic, die-cutting, and folder/gluer equipment, our team delivers exceptional quality in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.Pay: $19–$25 / hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6 a.m.–4 p.m. Relocation: Paid relocation assistance available for qualified candidatesPrevious flexographic printing press operating experience is required.What You'll DoSet up and operate flexographic printing pressesMonitor color, registration, quality, and press performanceMake adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiencyPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issuesInspect finished products to customer specificationsComplete required production and quality documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaWhat We're Looking ForPrevious flexographic press operating experience is requiredMark Andy P5 experience preferred; experience with other flexographic presses will be consideredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsGood color perception and attention to print qualityAbility to read, write, and understand English to follow job instructions, safety procedures, and production documentationAbility to follow job specifications and use basic measuring toolsAbility to stand for a 10-hour shiftAbility to lift 10–15 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionallyAbility to work overtime and holidays as neededWhy Quad?Work with advanced flexographic, sheetfed offset, die-cutting, and folder/gluer technology while continuing to build your skills with an experienced manufacturing team.If you're looking for competitive pay, a four-day workweek, relocation assistance, and an opportunity to grow your printing career, apply today.Bring your flexographic experience.
