Inventory Control ClerkExpress Employment Professionals is currently seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk for a warehouse facility in Shawnee, KS. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring products are available to meet customer needs.Pay: $18.50/hour Location: Shawnee, KS Hours: 6AM-2:30PM, Monday-FridayKey ResponsibilitiesPerform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory recordsPhysically count product and verify quantities in the systemInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesUse RF scanners to track and manage inventoryReview and correct negative inventory reportsWork with internal teams to resolve stock location issuesAssist with order processing and order dropping functions as neededUtilize transportation management systems (TMS) to determine freight carriersFollow all warehouse safety procedures and report unsafe conditionsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious inventory control or warehouse experience preferredBasic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong attention to detail and math skills10-key experience preferredExperience with JDE or other warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plusAbility to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a warehouse environmentAbility to operate or become certified on an Order Picker / Cherry PickerReliable attendance and strong work ethicWhy Apply?Competitive $18.50/hour payFull-time opportunityWork with a supportive team through Express Employment ProfessionalsApply today with Express Employment Professionals to get started!
