Machine Operator OpportunityEnjoy 3-day weekends with this exciting new opportunity! Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading supplier in pallet manufacturing and lumber processing located in Menahga, MN. We are seeking candidates for Machine Operator roles on the 1st shift, from 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $18.00 per hour.What you will do as a Machine Operator:Efficiently handle lumberOperate machineryConduct regular inspections of lumber and finished productsMaintain a clean work environment for yourself and othersMonitor machinery and troubleshoot any issuesEnsure correct unit quantitiesWhat you need to be a Machine Operator:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and interpret a tape measureAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environmentPrevious manufacturing experience a plusAbility to lift up to 30 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsLet your skills shine in this role!
