First Shift Maintenance Technician (Food Manufacturing)

Pay & Perks
$25-$31/hour (DOE)
$1.50/hour weekly attendance bonus - yep, just for showing up on time and doing your thing

What You’ll Be Doing Keep production running smoothly by troubleshooting and repairing equipment
Perform preventative maintenance (because you fix problems before they happen)
Work on conveyors, processing equipment, packaging lines, and more
Partner with production to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
Help improve processes-not just patch them up
What We’re Looking For Food manufacturing experience REQUIRED
Meat processing experience = big bonus points
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
Someone dependable (you like that attendance bonus, right?)
