Job description
Window Unit ConstructionOperation of various hand tools and equipment to construct window unitsLift windows onto build tables and roller racksMovement of carts in and out of production work areaLoading window sash components for processing insulated glass unitsOffloading insulated glass units to cartsAbility to read and understand written work instructionsEnsures overall quality of work produced by performing quality audits and engaging in problem solving activities to resolve issues of concernRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred but not requiredMinimum of one (1) year experience in window & door manufacturing preferred but not requiredMinimum of one (1) year experience in industrial manufacturing required.Possesses the ability to understand and communicateAbility to read a tape measureDemonstrates a high degree of attention to detailPossesses a high degree of organizational skillAbility to work a flexible schedule including some overtime and weekendsAbility to read and understand reportsAbility to lift up to 75lbs occasionallyCapable of using computerized equipmentWill require standing, walking and working on concrete surfaces for long periods of time in a non temperature controlled environmentShift Requirements:Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm (8 Hours)Overtime including weekends is occasionally requiredCompensation:NT Window is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
