The position works closely with operations, engineering, vendors, and other teams to support daily business needs and solve operational issues.Additionally, this position will manage projects focused on increasing capacity and improving workflow through automation, tooling, fixtures, and warehouse organization. The role helps meet production schedules while improving safety, efficiency, and product quality.What You'll Work OnOperations, Warehouse & Equipment ManagementMaintenance and equipment management, troubleshooting, asset management, maintenance documentationAssist with movement of equipment and materials within the warehouse and support second warehouse startup activitiesArrange storage to optimize warehouse spaceReceive incoming goodsCheck for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoicesAccurately sort, label, and store goodsPick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goodsEnter data and maintain inventory recordsRetrieve inventory and delivery informationOperate forklifts or other warehouse machineryPerform routine lab operations and basic manufacturing operationsComplete assigned work orders to meet schedule requirementsCommunication, Collaboration & Customer ServiceCommunication with vendors, engineers, and operations leadershipEffectively communicate verbal and written instructions within a teamWork with colleagues and supervisors to resolve operational issuesPositively represent the company during tours and demonstrationsMaintain positive and cooperative relationships with employees, customers, contractors, and vendorsRespond to inquiries regarding inventory levels, shipments, and delivery schedulesQuality, Compliance & Continuous ImprovementSelf-manage prioritization of projects, tasks, and production supportCritical thinking and problem-solving skills (Yellow Belt preferred)Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures with attention to detailAdapt quickly and manage changing workloads effectivelyDocument manufacturing activities accurately and completelyUnderstand team goals, performance metrics, and contribute to achieving themComplete required training on timeWork safely and follow company policies and proceduresSupport all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), and other regulatory requirements.
