Job description
1st Shift Mig WelderWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIG Welder to join our team. This role focuses on performing high-quality welds on manufactured products while ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.Location: Phoenix, AZ!Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Occasional overtime and Saturday work may be requiredPay Rate: $19.00/hrDuties:Set up, modify, weld, and finish hollow metal doors and frames according to work ordersOperate electric and pneumatic tools, including cordless drills, die grinders, and grindersPerform tack welding on thin sheet steel (12GA – 18GA); full welding bead experience not requiredMaintain production pace to meet daily output requirementsEnsure work meets quality standards and specificationsFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work areaComplete other production tasks as assignedRequirements:Minimal experience required; prior exposure to welding or metal fabrication preferredAbility to operate basic hand and power tools safelyAble to work in a production-based environment and maintain required outputDependable, punctual, and safety-consciousMust be authorized to work in the United StatesAdditional Information:Welders will be required to complete an interview and weld test prior to startingNo formal welding certification requiredContact InformationInterested in this position?
