Paint & Assembly Operations SupervisorLead from the floor. Drive performance. Build strong teams. United Alloy is hiring a 1st Shift Operations Supervisor to lead production in our Paint and Assembly Department in Janesville, WI. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, accountability, and hitting daily production goals in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment.What You'll Do:Lead and develop paint and assembly production teams on the shop floorSet daily production goals and hold teams accountableEnsure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are metBe present on the floor — remove barriers and support your teamCoordinate across shifts to maintain production flowReview timekeeping, approve PTO, and manage attendanceSupport training, coaching, and progressive discipline when neededDrive continuous improvement in welding and fabrication operationsWhat You Bring:6+ years of production leadership experienceStrong understanding of shop floor production environmentsAbility to read blueprints and use basic shop toolsExperience working with overhead cranes (preferred)Strong communication and accountability mindsetProven leadership in driving performance and cultureEducation: High School Diploma or GED required | Associate or Bachelor's degree preferredWhy United Alloy?4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday)Competitive salary + performance-based bonusesMedical, dental & vision401(k) with company matchGenerous RTO & vacation policyPaid training & company holidaysUnited Alloy is a leading designer and manufacturer of custom metal tanks, skids, trailers, and heavy fabrications — proudly Made in the USA and ISO 9001 certified.
