1st Shift Assistant OperatorPay: $19.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday Shift Start Time: 5:00 AM Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Operator to join our production team on 1st shift. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are eager to learn production equipment and processes. The Assistant Operator will support machine operators, maintain production flow, ensure quality standards are met, and help keep the work area safe and organized.ResponsibilitiesAssist machine operators with production setup, operation, and changeovers.Load and unload materials onto production equipment.Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues.Perform basic machine troubleshooting and notify operators of equipment concerns.Stack, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines.Accurately complete production and quality documentation.Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the facility.Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.Forklift experience is a plus but not required.Ability to work overtime when needed.BenefitsCompetitive pay at $19.00 per hourOpportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing and machine operation experienceStable Monday-Friday scheduleGrowth opportunities within the production teamApply today if you're looking for an opportunity to build your skills in a fast-paced production environment while working with a supportive team.
